Delete your Remmy account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Remmy and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap Delete everything and confirm.

This deletes your account right away, along with your chats, what Remmy remembers about you, your study plan and your usage data on our servers, and everything saved on your phone. If you signed in with Apple, Remmy’s access to your Apple ID is removed too.

Without the app

Email gelevski44@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Remmy account”, and tell us the email you signed in with (Apple or Google). If you never signed in, open the app and use Delete everything instead, because we have no way to find an anonymous account. We delete accounts within 30 days and confirm by email.

What’s deleted and what’s kept

• Deleted: your account, chats, memory, study plan, flashcards and usage data.
• Kept by Apple or Google: purchase records for Remmy Plus, under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions or App Store → Subscriptions.
• Kept for up to 1 year: reports you sent about Remmy’s replies, without your account, so we can keep Remmy safe.
